Members of ORLE Executive Board, Victor Philippenko, Anton Potapenko, Kristina Förster took part in the All-German conference of Russian compatriots, which was held from 15 to 17 June in Cologne.

The conference was attended by Director of Department for Relations with Compatriots Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Chepurin, Consul General of Russia in Bonn, Eugene Shmagin, Director of the Moscow House of Compatriots Boris Silaev, representatives of the Embassy of the Russian Federation and Head of Representative Office in Germany Rossotrudnichestvo Michael Vladimir, representatives of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District (Yamal), and about 70 delegates from all German states, representing over 300 organizations of compatriots.

A distinctive feature was the wide participation of the German side, including the mayor of Cologne Angels Shpitsig, heads the Ministry of Labour, Social Development and Integration of North Rhine-Westphalia and the political parties.

Conference qualitatively different from the previous high level of training, the transition from general discussion to the development of detailed proposals, the relevance of the topic "Professional integration of Russian-speaking migrants as a factor in the success of economic cooperation between Russia and Germany."

Head of Representative Office in Germany Rossotrudnichestvo Michael Vladimir spoke about the possibilities of the Agency and its representation in the Federal Republic of Germany in solving various problems of Russian-speaking diaspora. With enthusiasm was seen by the establishment of teams of volunteers from among the fellow countrymen to work in preparation for the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi in 2014
